TOI is the parent company of
khalis group. It was established in 1992 and is named after both sons of the founder. It covers the oilseed extraction, edible oil refining and vanaspati manufacturing businesses.
KOGIL produces the premium brands of khalis group using state of the art german technology.
Khalis Fibre is the first of its kind green project in Pakistan. It produces recycled polyester fibre (RPSF) using PET bottles as raw material.
